These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.redeemedservicestx.com (the "Site"), and the installation, configuration, and related services provided by Redeemed Services ("Redeemed Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site, submitting a contact or quote request form, or engaging Redeemed Services for installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

SERVICE WE PROVIDE

Redeemed Services provides on-site installation, configuration, and related support for:
 

  • Starlink satellite internet systems

  • Wi-Fi extension and mesh networking equipment, including Ubiquiti, TP-Link, Eero, and Orbi products

  • Point-to-point (PTP) wireless bridges

  • Security camera systems

  • Related low-voltage wiring


We currently serve Wimberley, Blanco, Fredericksburg, San Antonio, Austin, Marble Falls, Johnson City, Dallas, Fort Worth, Lampasas, Floresville, Georgetown, Canyon Lake, San Marcos, Kerrville, and surrounding communities across Texas. Service availability may vary by location, and we reserve the right to decline or reschedule service where a property is outside our service area or site conditions make installation impractical or unsafe.

QUOTES, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

Pricing for installation services is based on a phone consultation, and/or the information you submit through our contact form. Certain services, including Starlink installations, require upfront costs (such as equipment and/or a deposit) before scheduling; these costs are communicated to you directly by phone prior to booking.

Prices are estimates until confirmed by a Redeemed Services representative at the time of booking and are subject to change based on site conditions discovered during installation (for example, additional cable runs, mounting difficulty, or equipment upgrades), which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

SCHEDULING SITE AND ACCESS

To complete your installation on schedule, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and address information

  • Ensure safe, reasonable access to the installation site, including any gates, roof, attic, or crawl space access needed

  • Have any necessary property owner, landlord, or HOA approval in place before installation, where applicable

  • Secure pets during the appointment


Redeemed Services is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible sites, weather, third-party equipment shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Some of the equipment and services we install rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to Starlink/SpaceX, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, Eero, and Orbi. By using our services, you understand and agree that:

 

  • Redeemed Services is an independent installer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Starlink, SpaceX, or any other equipment manufacturer referenced on this Site. ‘Starlink’ and ‘SpaceX’ are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

  • You may need to create or maintain your own account, subscription, or service agreement directly with the applicable third-party provider (for example, a Starlink service plan)

  • Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, terms of service, and return policy, which Redeemed Services does not control and is not responsible for

  • Internet speed, coverage, and reliability depend on the third-party provider's network, satellite or signal conditions, property layout, and other factors outside our control — we do not guarantee specific speeds or uptime

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redeemed Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of the Site, including loss of internet service, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid to Redeemed Services for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Redeemed Services or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms.
